I was guilted into starting this back up again this weekend. Thanks, Jaime. :)
Anyway, I don't even know if anyone will read this since I've been gone for so long. I thought I'd write about anything, not just stamping, and that might make me keep it up. So much has happened in the past year, so I'll start with the present and work backwards.

My friend and I started taking a level 1 cake decorating class at Michael's a few weeks ago. Our "graduation" is this week. I'm so excited! I can't believe how much I've learned already. I can't wait to continue to course 2.
Here's my first creation:
We used the "piping gel transfer" technique to get the image on the cake, then outlined it and filled it in with stars. I was so impressed with the end result.
This week is our big cake with roses and writing. I made a two-layer cake for this one. I'll post pics after Wednesday.
